Luster Matte - finish

it is exactly what they say it is

its kind of matte but it also has a shine

it doesn't transfer 

but it does to like a cup when you're drinking etc

The colour i got is DEEP PLUM LUSTER!!! 

sadly this is the only colour thats out of stock! lol

I'm sure you can find some in store!
