Oils Before Wash
Coconut and Olive (extra virgin and cold pressed)
1st i use - Coconut oil - Slather coconut oil starting from roots/scalp first - this helps remove dirt toxins etc - and nourishes your hair/scap - treats dry scap - and massaging it onto your roots will help increase blood flow to scalp - and will help the coconut oil go deep into your hair follicles - poromotes hair growth - and strengthens hair follicles hence decreasing the rate of your hair fall
2nd - Olive oil - is the one that gives you the luxurious healthy shine to your hair - i do not everrr use it for the roots of my hair because Olive Oil though its a netural food/product (doesn't warm or cool your body) it does mess with the texture of your hair - i find - also it gives me acne when i use it on my face so i never let it touch my skin - ofcourse hands are ok --- anywayssss - so apply olive oil mid-way to tips of hair
Leave it on for 10 minutes to up to 30 minutes - leaving it longer might affect the texture of your hair so i dont recomnd - i do sometimes leave it on for 2 - 3 hrs because i get busy with my new born baby - i make sure i dont leave it on for too long though
Shampoo - Argan Oil Shampoo
*****Shampoo - Only use shampoo on your roots and massage your scalp*****
i have recently switched to a new Organic Shampoo - i have been on this shampoo for about 3 months - im not sure if it helped my hair grow - but i do see even the baby hair around the perimeter of my forehead growing
Conditioner - Tresemme - Anti-Breakage Conditioner
i have been using tresmme for at least 7 years now - i do switch to something new just to try something out - but i always seem to go back to this one - it smells profesh - it leaves your hair so smooth - i dont know it just works for me - i did stop using it while i was preggos because it was way too slipery in the tub for me - but now i am back to using Tresemme
Right after you hop outa the shower - towel dry your hair - apply a few drops of jojoba oil or argan oil - NOT TO YOUR ROOTS - keep it 2 or even 5 inches away from the roots of your hair
Jojoba Oil (pronounced as HOHOBA OIL) - is lighter than Argan oil - i use jojoba when i have used a lot of oils before washing my hair
so for this video / this time i only used jojobo oil
Argan oil - the one i use is a tad bit heavy - and so it will make your hair oily if you use too much of it after a wash - i only use argan oil after wash if i haven't done any oil treatments before wash - to make it easy for you to understand....
COCONUT OIL +OLIVE OIL (BEFORE WASH) = JOJOBA OIL (AFTER WASH)
NO OIL (BEFORE WASH) = ARGAN OIL (AFTER WASH - maybe like 5 drops on each side of your hair - when parted in the middle)
******got them both on amazon*****
DO NOT get it from the health store at the malls - i get a tiny bottle n they sell it for like $20 this one is pretty big for the same price
i Straight my hair either before i go to bed (if i have the time) or the morning after
Key here is to AIR DRY your hair
once my hair is all dry and ready to style.. i straight it - i am not a fan of stick straight hair - so when i staright my hair - i curl just the ends of it
Oil After Styling
Jojoba
After you style you hair - straight/wavy or cruly - apply jojoba oil to the ends your hair - again, jojoba oil is lighter so it wont weigh your hair down or ruin your style
Bend over
tie hair up (not too tight you dont want to go bald)
it doesn't leave any dents or creases in hair - you wouldn't want to spend 20 hours doing your hair then tie it all up with a super shity tight hair tie and damage both your hair/scap and the style
I usually have my hair up like that almost all the time - i like my hair up and out of my face - again, i make sure its not too tight - i only let my hair down when i go out

i bougth it off Amazon - of course after doing a PHD research on it (PS If you're using WEN please stop it!! it damages your hair / theres so many reviews /videos on youtube of how it makes your hair fall off - like chunks and chunks of it - i saw it online somewhere - thought i should share it - ahh the importance of reveiwing products before you buy off amazon!!! )
i will do a review of this shampoo soon on my blog!

Just for you to compare the size - The shapoo bottle is pretty big - it just looks like it fits into my hand because i have an abnormally large hand lol
