Here are my top 5 Foods that guarantees glowy skin
yes you will see visible difference .. there i said it!
(unless ofcourse if you are paring them all with shity salty junk food or crap alcohol)
Avocados
Your skin will be as glowy as your hair when you eat avocados.. i loveee the way my face looks plump and glowy and healthy after eating avocados ..go on eat 1 a day for 5 days and selfie me a picture flaunting your glowy skin -
Tip** you can also do a hair mask with this - gives you ultra shiny hair
Almonds
Rich in Vitamin E and other good stuff it will help prevent cell damange and cell repair - almond milk will do too - snacking on a handful of almonds a day helps you loose weight too.. come on - vitamin e = better skin we all know that
Tip** i use almond powder to scrub my face - gives you brighter complexion
Greentea
Green tea is full of antioxidants - get this! - it helps fight aging - including - fine line, saggy skin, age spots - and both almonds and green tea help fight/prevent sun damage..
Tip** i love not only drinking it but i cut open a tea bag and do a face mask with the dry leaves - it helps get rid of my blemishes
Dark Chocolate
Again with our favorite A word - dark chocolate is full of antioxidants - just like almonds and green tea it has the same benefits - now this one unlike almonds or green tea - i have seen the most visible difference - eating dark chocolate gives me beautiful dewy glowy skin - i usually eat it with 2 slices of toast in the morning as my breakfast (hmm its been a while - gota get back to that - im currently on my granola and almond milk obsession) - i will show you a video on how to make my favorite dark chocolate foundue for breakfast - oh the science behind this is that something in the dark chocoalte increases your blood flow - hence the glowy skin

yummm!!! one of my favorites ! Oats are soooooo good for your skin - they are anti-inflammatory - helps soothe red/ flared skin (me and my face) it is also sooo moisturizing - makes your body feel as soft as a baby's bum

i have no foundation on
no products on my skin
just some undereye concealer (because new mom whats new), eyeliner, mascara and some hilighter on the nose and ofcourse my big contoured lips
the lights and my smart phone are blurring out all my "flaws" so here is a video showing you my real skin - and how my face actually looks like with this minimal no makeup makeup
i love wearing makeup - but sometimes i love letting my skin breathe and with healthy glowy skin i hardly even have to wear any foundation
